When I click the add topic button nothing happens. The topic isn't
added.

Steps to repeat:

1. Select edit topics
2. Click add topic
3. Enter name
4. Click add topic

Nothing happens. Topic is not added.

Try adding feeds:

1. Drag up from bottom edge 
2. Type BBC and press enter
3. Select the checkbox next to a feed
4. Click next
5. Enter name for topic in the textbox 
6. Press enter

Nothing happens. Topic is not added. There are no topics therefore feeds
cannot be added.
