Title:
select items matching in list view fails to select more than one item
Status in Ubuntu File Manager App:
Invalid
Bug description:
Using version 3.14.2, When in list view using menu option Edit ->
Select items matching ... and entering something like *.svg selects
only one file (specifically the first file when sorted
alphabetically). The same method when in in grid view (view items as a
grid of icons) works as expected; selecting all items matching the
criteria.
The behaviour does not seem to be restricted to be when multiple items
are selected in grid view with the 'Select Items Matching'. If
manually selecting multiple items by holding ctrl subsequently viewing
the list view, only one items remains selected.
Selecting multiple items in list view by holding ctrl, then switching
to grid view maintains the selection as expected.
Not sure what else is needed.
Running on a updated 15.04 (from 14.10).
3.19.0-15-generic #15-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux
Anything else needed ask, and I'll provide.
