Public bug reported:
An option to share files in the file manager is missing. You just can
open with, but maybe you want to share it through mail for example.
Looks like that you just can share through mail if the is recognised,
for example, if you have a *.sh file you'll can't share it because
system will say to you that there isn't any application to manage the
file.
