Title:
Any file in the File Manager can be imported into the Clock app as an
Alarm tone
Status in Ubuntu Clock App:
In Progress
Status in Ubuntu File Manager App:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Currently the export song feature in the File Manager allows the user
export any file type to the Clock app to be used as an Alarm tone.
To reproduce:
1. Open the clock app and create a new alarm
2. Click the Sound item
3. Click the "Add sound" button
4. Select the File Manager app icon
5. Select any file that is not a sound file
Expected results: Files that are not sound files can not be added to
the list of alarm tones.
Actual results: Any file can be imported into the Clock app to be
listed as Custom alarm sounds.
