[Bug 1556897] [NEW] When updating feed-title, keyboard doesn't pop up

Public bug reported:

-enter feed editor from top-right menu
-chose a feed 
-tap the title
Result: Text marker appears
Expected result: Text marker appears and keyboard pops up.

It's minor bug, but sometimes feeds have no title.
