Status in Ubuntu Shorts App:
  New

Bug description:
  It would be super awesome to have syncing feature for short.
  So it can not only achieve convergence when user case change but also on multiple devices.

  It's a bit general for this feature request, hope this can arise some
  discussion on how or what services should syncing based on.
