[Bug 1579321] [NEW] Does not recognize .oga Ogg Vorbis files

Public bug reported:

File manager does not open .oga files with the music player. ".oga" is
the recommended file extension for Ogg Vorbis Audio files.

(Works fine with .ogg files, but that's not enough. My whole music
archive has .oga extension.)
