Since I don't yet know which error you're getting, I'm just suggesting
you make sure you have the 'ubuntu-sdk' package installed. It should be
the same for 12.04 LTS, 12.10 and 13.04 users.

It brings in among else the qtdeclarative5-dev-tools, which has the
qmltestrunner.
