I don't think that's necessary. There's value in having core-apps 
developers sharing the same list. Plenty of opportunity for us to 
announce things and share experience rather than fragment too far.

We created this list to keep core-apps development focussed because the 
-phone list is quite busy with support mail and porting discussion.
