Merging all important branches before release

Hi all,

As we're nearing the 14.04 release in 1 day (!), I've enjoyed seeing the
progress in each and every one of the apps, and I never get tired of
thanking you for your fantastic work.

We're nearly there but not yet done, so we've been going through the list
of pending branches to look what needs to land before tomorrow. In order to
do that, I've created an overview of all branches that need review that
should also help us in the future to keep track of them and keep their
numbers low. It is updated automatically every 15 minutes and lives here:

I'd like to ask you for your help in getting those branches in shape before
release. This might imply:
- Marking a branch as Rejected if it's old and won't be merged
- Going through the branches in your app and checking if there's any that
needs your input or fixes
- Picking branches from other apps and helping by providing a review and if
applicable approval

I'm sure if we all work together and help other fellow core app devs with
their reviews we can get quite a few of these landed between today and
tomorrow. We started with 44 branches this morning and we're now down to 35!

App-wise, right now the two apps that need most attention are Calendar and
Music, so if you want to start with these two it'd be great

# Calendar

Pick any review from:

# Music

* Usability bug fixing (for the most part) the behavior of navigating
tracks and keeping the current playing item in the view in the queue when
shuffle is either on or off [1]
* A small fix to cover art labels on the Albums tab to align with the Music
tab's design, very minor [2]
* Usability bug making it more obvious that there is content that can be
horizontally and vertically scrolled in the Music tab [3]
* Finally, proposal to fix the gray header bar in that appears in most
views such that all views show a more visually aesthetic header color
(currently the toolbar color--looks great in the Now Playing page). I
solicited ideas on G+, but haven't had any input as of yet. [4]

Also, Andrew has a branch for making it easy to queue or play all the
tracks by an artist that I'd like to review and land as well [5].

Thanks everyone, and let's get ready for the best phone release so far!

Cheers,
David.
