In an effort to make sure we have standardized screenshots, I've made a
wiki page to detail how to take them.

I haven't linked any pages to it yet. I'd like at least one other person
to look over it and fix anything I've explained poorly or missed.

To make screenshot taking easier with the default theme, apps, and all,
I've made a live CD with updates and the user ubuntu_tour. You can get
it at
