Streaming isn't a bad idea, but what about those who aren't connected to the
internet? Or are in Europe and have this pay per byte system?

You could probably do some heavy compression and low res video to get the
size down. Or, you could have videos as an option and then stream them, or
have it as part of a package they download so they can watch them offline.
