I think you totally right, I was thinking the same.
But my biggest ussue by translating is the follwowing point, if you copy a
file to translate it, you have to update it manually if the English version
is updated. If you doesn't, all the languages will be different from each
other. So I suggest to use launchpad (I thought thas updates the translation
automaticcaly), and another reason is that more people help.
This if my first time I translate something using a branch, normally I just
use launchpad.

My other problem is that the development is a bit quite. We need a tour for
Chromium, Opera, Midori and tours for more advenced people would be great.
Also I think we need to update the TODO list, it's really out of date.
Because about-ubuntu needs new screenshots, with Unity. And OpenOffice is
replaced by LibreOffice.
Maybe we can organise a meeting, soon?
