I just approved them into nds and ang respectively.
nds_De doesn't differ much from nds_NL and the community is small... so,
if they have any issues with it, the translation team will find a way.
The nds_DE translations are actually better than the ones in LP.
About ang, I don't think anyone uses it... tere is no locale for it and
no translation team, afaik. However, LP knows about that language, so I
approved it. Maybe someone later steps up and forms a team and a
locale... so then it would be usable already.
