Hi UTC team,

I will be busy until Aug 27th (Feature Freeze) with coding the new
language-selector. So, I'd like to ask other UTC team members to keep an
eye on the import queue and help Milo in figuring out what should happen
with the files still stuck in Needs Review. There are still quite a lot
of them.

I will try answering questions if time permits it.

Please feel free to recruit other trusted community members to the UTC
team if necessary.
