translation templates for userconfig in Kamic

Hello,

I'm the developer of the KDE userconfig application for Karmic.  I
noticed that templates for translations are not available on
Launchpad:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/userconfig

What can we do about this?
