In that case, you may want to change the path for the ubiquity one. 
Right now these two templates are "competing" for the same path, which 
means the approver has a hard time deciding which one an upload should 
go into.

Very simply put, this is the non-KDE equivalent of the KDE approval 
conflicts.  In this case the code knows which package the upload should 
go to, and tries to identify the right template by path.  But there are 
two templates there with the exact same path.
