Thanks for pointing this out! It appears as if scanning the branch (basically, everything Launchpad's codehosting system does internally to process a change to a branch) failed after the branch was changed. Probably the translations commit on 2010-03-03; the one on 2010-03-02 succeeded but the export system backs off from committing to a branch if there are changes that have not been successfully scanned yet.

I filed bug 533505 about this. I kept that bug private for now since there might be operational implications.
