  Accented UTF-8 characters displayed wrong in the lenses

Bug description:
  The latest langpacks contain some translations to the lenses, but the
  accented characters are displayed like they were not parsed as UTF-8.
  This happens with the files, music and application lenses. The strings
  from unity and from the application icons appear good.
