  Many .desktop files are not translated in Kubuntu

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Kubuntu oneriric i386.
  Fresh install.
  locales=es_ES.UTF-8
  kde language in systemsettings->locale = Español (Spanish).

  Many .desktop files are not translated, for instance, the ones in Systemsettings, or the ones for Solid actions.
  Please, take a look to the attached screenshots.
  This bug might be related to the bug LP: #794320.
