Yes, but as another string in the same file, you cannot find it in the
translation template.
Even the string that starts with:
Looking for a fresh start...
is marked, but it doesn't show up.
The only string that I can find in the template is this one:
Too smart for us? Get your hands dirty with some advanced partitioning
options.

Bug description:
Hi,
while doing some install tests to see if everything was translated
correctly, I spotted a non translatable string.
I attach a screenshot of the string. Basically it appears when a user
chooses what to do with the other operating systems installed on the
computer.
