[Bug 848700] Re: need translated slideshow image

Thanks for your input! For this to happen we'll need some pretty
significant infrastructure on the web and a big change to how this
project gets its data. (Maybe some localizations could be always be
pulled from a web server?). It's something I'd love to see, but it will
be a lot of work. (And it doesn't help that I wrote some rather picky
screenshot guidelines to go on top of the already quite specific
branding guide).

For the time being that is patched over with a note in the project's
readme that says to please ensure screenshots communicate visually
instead of through English text, but at the moment we aren't doing
particularly well at that. It could be easier, and more effective, to
replace our screenshots with specially made graphics. That way we could
avoid having any text at all (readable text in screenshots is kind of
yucky anyway), we'd save translators' time, and with the right artwork
it could look a little nicer.

Bug description:
By contrubuting from all over the world, Ubuntu can show installing message translated with many languages.
But there's no way to upload localized Ubuntu screenshot.
As a result, every Ubuntu users watch language of strings and images mismatch.
So, I suggest to make a system for localizing ubiquity slideshow images.
