[Bug 840868] Re: Can't show non-english account name correctly

- Fix grid offset
- Fix non-latin names being displayed incorrectly (LP: #840868)
- Change asynchronous indicator loader code, suspect it is causing a race

Bug description:
When I named my account name with Korean, it show just boxes.
It looks like having problem at 2-byte letters(CJK and so on).
P.S to English user : simply copy this letters and paste to account name for test this bug.
