    - use sc.staging.ubuntu.com for the testing of the license
      string data

    - fix missing i18n for license send from the software-center-agent
      server

Bug description:
  Despite being translated in Launchpad and available in the language
  packs from the app-install-data.mo file, it seems that when Inkscape
  appears on the list of apps in the Software Center, its translations
  are not loaded and the name and description always appear in English.
