[Bug 814822] [NEW] Ubuntu Desktop Guide is not translated

1) On an empty desktop, go to "Help > Ubuntu Help" ("Aide > Aide Ubuntu" in french)
2) The Ubuntu Desktop Guide shows up

The text should be translated in french, but it is english.
