I agree. I think for starters the first language pack in the cycle will
have to be full anyway, as due to langpack-o-matic not supporting
mallard before release (which Martin quickly fixed) meant that some
documentation translations, such as deja-dup's, were not included in the
language packs.

It looks good to me. The January language pack update falls right in the
middle of the Canonical Ubuntu Engineering Rally (9th-13th Jan), but I
think if it's a delta language pack update, it shouldn't be too much of
a problem.
