Yes it is.

I join a screenshot of a paused virtualbox installation with an Ubuntu 
11.10 up to date.

  Bad French translation in Firefox plugin search

Bug description:
  in Ubuntu 9.10

  voir capture d'ecran ci-joint

  La coquille de traduction apparait dans l'ecran qui apparait juste
  avant la fenetre de la capture ci-joint.

  Dans cet ecran il est ecrit (de memoire): "Service de recherche de
  plugins. Bienvenue 2"

  Bien entendu, c'est le "2" qu'il faudrait remplacer (par un point
  d'exclamation je suppose).
