Title:
  IEnglish Needed in Thailand

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The computer store downloaded KUbuntu.  Mozilla comes in in Thai.
  Ubuntu forum comes in in English and Thai.  Cannot complete
  registration due to  Thai question I cannot answer.  Plus my cursor
  jumps all over the screen when typing.
