Title:
  Untranslatable strings

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  In ../libgwibber-gtk/stream-view-tile.vala:658:

  "person liked this"

  In ../libgwibber-gtk/stream-view-tile.vala:662:

  "people liked this"

These strings are untranslatable in many languages, as the number is
missing from the sentence, and they cannot be translated in a correct
or understandable way, as the number would need to be rearranged
  within the sentence.

In general, it's always a bad idea to split sentences, which in most
cases results in missing context or untranslatable strings.
