Note that the other menu item from this file is already present in the template, so nothing special will be necessary aside from the POTFILES.in change:

Bug description:
  In the quicklist of nautilus, when you copy something, the "Cancel all
  in-progress action" option appears, but it doesn't translated. I also
  didn't find this string under here:
