Bug description:
  The unity-launcher-intro.page describes a feature of the Unity
  Launcher that was removed in Precise and is no longer available:

  "You may notice that the launcher will hide when it comes into contact
  with an open application. You can make the launcher reappear in a
  number of different ways. Experiment and try each of the following
  ways of opening the launcher:"

  This paragraph, its title and the following paragraphs no longer
  apply, as the Launcher is now shown by default.
