Good news! Gnome-ES has fixed this por Gnome 3.4 and master! \o/

Bug description:
Nautilus shows file sizes in MB but in the spanish translation MiB is used. See attached screenshot:
Tamaño: 728,0 MiB (728018944 bytes)
It should read:
Tamaño: 728,0 MB (728018944 bytes)
as it does in english.
