[Bug 863378] Re: Locales not removed when removing Chinese translations
Just did a fresh install, and I see something written in Chinese in the
languages list, despite I have asked a Hungarian install. The packages
are not installed however: the "Kínai" boxes are empty. localedef
reports the presence of zh_CN and zh_SG.

Title:
Locales not removed when removing Chinese translations
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
Triaged
Status in “language-selector” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
I suspect it has something to do with the special language codes 'zh-
hans' and 'zh-hant'. Probably it's the code in LangCache.py that needs
to be tweaked.
