I move the translation domain to transmission-gtk as it's the .mo files
that are exported (the 0103_add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch
wasn't refresh when the upstream GETTEXT domain changed).

Also, I removed the -qt quicklist which can't be translated, and made the gtk one translatable (built, checked and it's in the .pot file).

Bug description:
  The Transmission quicklist items are not marked for translation on latest Precise.
  Also the translation domain is hardwired in the .desktop files as transmission, while the translation domain is transmission-gtk now: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/transmission/precise/view/head:/configure.ac#L400
  This happens in the http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/transmission/precise/view/head:/debian/patches/0103-add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch patch.
