Title:
  netbook-launcher-efl locales missing in natty

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Incomplete
Status in “language-pack-gnome-de-base” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Since upgrading to natty I noticed that the netbook-launcher-efl
descriptions have changed to english - my locale is german. I found
  that the previous file /usr/share/locale-langpack/de/LC_MESSAGES
/netbook-launcher-efl.mo is missing now. In previous versions it had
been provided by language-pack-gnome-de-base. It is missing at least
  from the french/spanish/italian packages also.
