As a side-note, the specification
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter) specifies that the "at" word
should not be there, so this bug should be about removing the "at" word
from the installed at string's french translation, so I have added
ubuntu translations as affected.

** Summary changed:

- Ubuntu Software Center should say "deleted AT x am" and "updated AT x am""
+ Ubuntu Software Center should say "installed x am"

** Description changed:

- Ubuntu Software Center already says : "Installed at 8am".
- But is says also : "deleted 8am" and "updated 8am".
+ Ubuntu Software Center already says : "deleted 8am" and "updated 8am". 
+ But is says also : "Installed at 8am". (in the French translation)
  
- To be coherent it should say "deleted AT 8am" and "updated AT 8am".
+ To be consistent it should say "installed 8am".
