No, it's also a problem in LSC. For example, Totem's description is
translated in Synaptic, but not in LSC.

Bug description:
  When I click on the blue I to have more information about an
  application, the window is partly translated in french. Only the name,
  and some item in the UI of LSC are translated. I expect the
  description and the rating to be translated.
