Title:
Translation files are no longer installed in quantal
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
Triaged
Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
- Install gnome-panel on quantal;
- Use locale different from English;
- The menu (Applications, Places) should be translated.
Comparing http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/all/gnome-panel-
data/filelist and http://packages.ubuntu.com/quantal/all/gnome-panel-
data/filelist, it can be seen that .mo files are no longer being
installed.
