[Bug 644736] Re: Messages from apt in install_progress_text are not localised
In fact, my last comment was a little wrong too. A large chunk of apt-
related activity currently takes place before we generate the locale in
the target system. I think we'll need to arrange to generate the locale
slightly earlier, and then copy the locale out so that we can use it
easily.
