Title:
Full disk encryption: "unlock the disk" prompt needs
  internationalization

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Triaged
Status in “ecryptfs-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The thing is:
  1. Install quantal beta2 desktop amd64 build 20120923 iso with choosing Simple Chinese as the installation language, and "shanghai" as the region(means the desktop language should be Simple Chinese).
  2. Reboot the system after the installation
  3. In the "unlocking the disk" part of the system boot process, you will find it's not localized( it's English , and not translated to Simple Chinese, refer to the attached picture)

IMO, this should also be localized.
