The Shotwell string comes from Shotwell:

and the Gwibber string comes from Gwibber:

The Shotwell string is currently not translatable as bug 1052375 affects
Shotwell and has not yet been fixed.

Bug description:
  In the two attached screenshot you can see two bugs.
  In the first one under Shotwell the „Publish your pictures to Picasa” string can't be translated, or at least I could find it.
  In the second one under Gwibber the „Integrate your feed data” string is in the same situation like the first one.
