Czech translation

Bug description:
My translation effort seems not to be so much efficient, as I´d wish, when there is for months not much effort to approve already translated strings on the Czech localization team part.
I see, that the closed policy for adding the/new translations into project (by signed members of Launchpad) causes it. Even if I tried to became the part of Czech translation team several month ago in the past, the request wasn´t solved yet. So I think, there has to be much more effort of registered members of the group, that could review the translation, going into other projects than Qreator, instead reviewing the strings of Qreator. I understand it as it is, but this model leads to situation, when the work made isn´t used.
