Bug description:
When user without Ubuntu SSO login tries to review some software in
software-center, a window opens. This window contains the following
sentence: "To review software or to report abuse you need to sign in
to a Ubuntu Single Sign-On account."
This sentence is missing from translation template. This bug is
visible in comment #2 at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-sso-
client/+bug/723321
