Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.

Looks like this is referring to the date the application was installed
on, which would make "Installert" a better option. I see you found the
string in question
(https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/unity-lens-
applications/+pots/unity-lens-applications/nb/33/+translate) so I went
ahead and approved it. I don't know when the next version of the
language packs will be generated but it should be included there.

  Wrong Norwegian translation

Bug description:
  In the preview pane in Unity Dash, the string "Installed at" is
  falsely translated into "Installert på", whitch in Norwegian would
  refer to the directory the application is installed in. The best
  Nowregian translation would probably be just "Installert".
