I've packaged qttranslations5 in debian, will sync when it passes the
NEW queue.

Bug description:
  For Qt4, there are package libqtcore4 which installs localizations to
  /usr/share/qt4/translations. There are no Qt5 translations in
  libqt5core5 or any other package.
