Status in “kde-i18n-de” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  There are no translated kde handbooks included with kubuntu.

  if you press F1 and the english version will appear even if you
  selected another language in kde.

  The vanilla kde contains localized handbooks for almost every kde
  program, so why aren't they included with kubuntu?
