Just saw that there is a group (Ubuntu translation coordinators). Can
they do this? If so, please close this bug as invalid.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu translators should be able to assign bugs to different Ubuntu
  translation teams. For example, if there is a bug filed against Ubuntu
  translations in general but it is a language-specific bug a member of
  any Ubuntu translation team should be able to assign this bug to the
  correct team for attention.

  Right now it is not even possible to subscribe this team to notify it
  about a bug.
