Thanks for finding this bug!

The string in question is correctly wrapped with the _ method, the file
containing it is plugins/backend_info.py. However, I just noticed it's
not included in po/POTFILES.in, meaning it's not getting processed by
intltool, so the string is not extracted and marked as translatable.

I'll propose a fix in a moment.

  internationalized in Ubuntu 13.10.
