  Some strings in effects/adjustments not translatable

Bug description:
  The following strings are not translatable:

  "Open images"
  "Hue"
  "Saturation"
  "Lightness"

  The last three are shown when clicking on »Hue/Saturation« in menu
  »Adjustments«.
