Please note that starting with Ubuntu 13.04, mahjongg (and the rest of the gnome-games) were split into separate packages. For that package, the string is https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/gnome-mahjongg/+pots/gnome-mahjongg/ru/8/+translate, though that seems to have been fixed already.

Bug description:
  en: Frase "Ziggurat" (in game type) translated wrong. (rigth translate
  is "Зиккурат").

  ru: Фраза "Ziggurat" (типа размещения карточек) переведена не верно. В
  русском языке правильно писать "Зиккурат" (через "к"), а в настоящий
  момент написано "Зиггурат".
